At Compri Solar you have the certainty that warranty matters and complaints are followed up in an adequate manner.
We care about our products and always do our best to deliver them to you in the best condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
All our items come with a 20 year product warranty.
It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact you within 24 hours and inform you about the follow-up of your complaint.
